I’d like to take the opportunity to thank you guys for introducing me to CrossFit. One of the reasons I stopped going to gym 10 or so years ago
is the mindlessness of it – I couldn’t face going to the gym and having
my brain pour out of my ear for an hour or so. This week I achieved one
of my major fitness goals – below three digits on the scale (I’m hovering above and below, but seeing the scale stop at less than 100 for the first time in years was a big grin/air punch moment). My blood pressure has dropped fantastically, from 145/95. My fitness is better than it has been
in probably 15 to 20 years, if not ever (especially combined with my strength). I’m feeling great, and loving it.
