What exactly is CrossFit?

Scaleable, modifiable workouts - We do not have beginner or advanced sessions in our regular classes.

CrossFit workouts are scaleable (the prescribed weight is changed to suit your level) and modifiable (the movement is changed to a progression) - anyone at any level of ability can do a workout. Your coach will assist you with scaling to your level, or modifying the workout if required. However, you will only advance in your training if you are committed to working your progressions. Doing workouts “as prescribed” (no scaling or modifying) is a privilege earned through commitment to working your weaknesses until they aren’t!
